MetaFlow: A 50 minute, short and punchy workout consisting of rounds of strength and cardiovascular based exercises. Metaflow employs the science backed approach of Metabolic Conditioning for cardiovascular and strength gains while burning maximal calories.
The workout follows three 10 minute rounds, each equally split between a strength section and a cardio section. We get the music pumping and the team energy high. Prepare to be challenged, prepare to sweat and prepare to move!
BREATHWORK
The workout is now done and it is your opportunity to recover while the lights are dimmed and you make your way to the mats for Breathwork. The Instructor will take you through a series of Breathing techniques designed to initially slow your heart rate after the exercise before guiding you into some faster breaths that can improve your physical stress resilience.
From the exercise and breaths, your body will be releasing a host of natural happy hormones which can leave you with feelings of happiness, calm, and deep relaxation.
