Programmes
We work with companies and institutions, bringing our holistic fitness and wellness programs to the office, gym or studio. Much like our classes, our goal is to create sessions, spaces and events that train the body, calm the mind and create community. If you prioritise wellness in the workplace, you create environments for individuals to self actualise and flourish.
The Body
We bring our Flow Method classes to the workplace. Within an hour per week, we can provide science backed fitness and wellness classes with a track record of reducing base stress levels within our participants and creating happy and motivated teams. Here is a list of some of the provisions that we can create in your place of work:
BoxFlow. Our signature boxing and breathwork class, brought to the office
MetaFlow. Our strength and conditioning class delivered if you have a workplace gym
Run Club. A pre or post work run club to build stronger teams through running and fitness
Yoga. Mindful movement and mobility for any level
Mat Pilates. For a more low impact strength and wellness option
Nourishing food. Catering and dining to accommodate any occasion
The Mind
Breathwork and Meditation sessions designed to regulate the body and calm the mind. Personal development workshops on key areas such as mental health, public speaking and group dynamics.
Immersive talks from experts on specific areas of health to educate your employees on how they can support their own wellness.
The Community
The workplace community is always be at the forefront of all of our programs. We strive to use fitness, wellness, workshops and group sessions as a relaxed way of bringing teams and people together in ways that are of genuine benefit and interest to those involved. We believe that personal wellness and connection to others is at the very centre of thriving both personally and in the workplace.
