Frank’s are here to change the game in how we see fitness. In an ever divided world, we are here to create third spaces for connection outside of work and home. We believe that wellbeing is not just about one thing. We place equal value on the body, the mind and the community.
We are building a community that stretches far wider than just fitness, centred around wellness and creating safe spaces that feel like home. We want anyone to be able to drop into our community and find a welcoming place where they can train, regulate and connect.
what is The Flow Method?
50 minutes of high intensity workout + 10 minutes of breathwork
Why?
The Flow Method draws on Dr. Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory, which explains how your nervous system senses safety and danger. We use movement to prime your body, like a controlled “fight or flight” before switching to Breathwork, helping your body know it’s safe to relax.
The outcome?
Widely reported improvements in stress biomarkers, mental health, happiness, and overall wellbeing, alongside significant gains in physical strength and fitness, all while becoming part of a growing community of like-minded people who share your commitment to wellness.
