Welcome to BoxFlow, our hallmark boxing class. We put a focus on delivering real boxing and fitness acumen from experienced and qualified instructors but within a high level, studio environment. We are ditching the mic’d up leisure centre boxfit vibe along with the sweaty boxing clubs with run down equipment to create a boxing class for you. 

We have two different levels: 

BoxFlow Fundamentals: For boxing beginners and those wanting to train the boxing skill fundamentals within a BoxFlow class. 

BoxFlow Intermediate: For boxing intermediates who want to build upon the fundamentals and further develop their boxing and fitness abilities.

Every BoxFlow session is short, sharp and intense. You will be pushed to your limits with padwork, strength exercise, drills and bagwork while building on your technique and boxing IQ. 

While we work hard, we always keep the vibes high at Frank’s. No class goes without loud music and a few laughs to see us through to the Breathwork!

 

BREATHWORK

The workout is now done and it is your opportunity to recover while the lights are dimmed and you make your way to the mats for Breathwork. The Instructor will take you through a series of Breathing techniques designed to initially slow your heart rate after the exercise before guiding you into some faster breaths that can improve your physical stress resilience.

From the exercise and breaths, your body will be releasing a host of natural happy hormones which can leave you with feelings of happiness, calm, and deep relaxation.
